RD Pays $250 for cartoon submissions, but $140 if bought directly from CartoonStock.
Submit up to five cartoons at a time, but no more than once a week.
Seasonal cartoons should be submitted six months in advance of the holiday, due to our production schedule.
Considers work that has already appeared elsewhere, including websites and personal blogs.
